ROOM TARIFFS

All tariffs are given in American Dollars. Peruvian citizens and residents must add a 19% tax to the given tariff.

All tariffs include breakfast buffet.

Children under 10 years of age can share the room with their parents without any additional cost; in this case, since they will be sharing a bed, the breakfast buffet for the child will not be included. There is a maximum of one child per room.
ONLINE RESERVATIONS

The online reservation system is supported by Go2Peru.com - COMELTUR.

The online reservation system accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Master Card and American Express.

In order for your reservation to be confirmed, we must have first received your payment for the services requested.

All payments and deposits must be through our online system supported by Go2Peru.com - COMELTUR.

Your credit card will be charged once availability for all services requested has been confirmed.
- Transaction Fee: All transactions are subject to a non-reimbursable fee of US$ 9.50.

RESERVATION POLICIES
- All reservation requests (by phone, fax or e-mail) will be answered in the same manner it was received within a time-frame of up to 48 hours, letting you know the status of the reservation, as either confirmed or on the waiting list.
- Once the reservation has been confirmed, it means that it is guaranteed.
- In order to check-in, the passenger only needs to show up to the hotel with a valid ID or passport, and mention the confirmation code of the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- There will be a US $ 25 penalty fee for administrative expenses on all cancellations received by the passenger, up to 16 days prior to arrival.
- For all cancellations received by the passenger, within 15 days or less prior to arriving, there will be a penalty fee equivalent to the cost of the first night stay, plus, the US $ 25 fee for administrative expenses.
- In case the passenger does not cancel the reservation with advance notice and does not show up to the hotel on the dates the reservation was made for, the total amount charged for the reservation will not be reimbursed.
DOCUMENTATION
- All guests must bring a valid passport or travel document according to its nationality, in accordance to the legal norms required in Peru.
